Dear Vodafone,
I am trying to call internet disturbance since 2-3 days I called 1000 times and wasted my worthy 10-15 hours on weekend. The automatic recorder tells me we are working on it. How the hell nobody can answer my call. I just need a customer assistance and that automatic recorder is deciding my problem is not a problem. On my router, Wi-Fi and power LEDs are stable, but the internet led is blinking red all the time. I did reset 100 times, I did the whole router factory reset 3 times. I followed the steps from Netz-assitent. Furthermore, I really don't know, especially on weekend no customer service and no internet.
Kindly send me a technician as soon as possible.
