can't use a vpn

Hey 
I have just got DSL conncetion contract and the connectiion is established and so on.

The issue now is , I cant use vpn connection, whenever I activate my vpn i loose internet , even though my vpn connection works from public network , other colleages or friends houses... 
Could you please help in this matter since its urgent and I need to work. 

The router i have is easybox 805

Ask the VPN provider to provide you with an IPv6 compatible setup.

thank you for your answer , i requested that and waiting to see what happen, but i have also seen that it is a common issue cuased by vodafone blocking the connection, or is the solution you have suggesested is tested on this matter?
