Hi there,

I have a problem of internet since last September.

What is the error ?
Complete disconnections occur several times a day. The internet light (@) on the router slowly flashes. No phone light. Wifi light is fine. All devices (WiFi and Lan) lose the connection. It takes several minutes, sometimes longer then it works again. From yesterday, it was totally disconnected.
How is your terminal with the modem connected ?
both. One PC on the LAN, the rest (laptop, mobile phone, Chrome caster) via WLAN
Which browser do you usually use?
Chrome
Which operating system do you have on your computer? (e.g. Windows)
Windows 10
Start and period of the disturbance (e.g. since the beginning of April; only in the evening)
for a long time. I estimate about the beginning of September. The disturbance occurs frequently during the day.
