Hi all, It is really frustrating when you pay for the internet but it does not work. This is the case since past 1 week and Vodafone simply says the technicians are at work and the issue will be resolved. UNfortunately, I have no timeline when this issue will be resolved and when I will have my internet back. I am suffering because I cant work and I don't even know when it will be resolved. Voda has given some internet to my cellphone but the speed is not the same. IT is quite bad. Anyone else facing this issue in Ottensen and any suggestion as to what we can do as consumers? IT is all really so very frustrating!!
