It's been about a month since I have no internet. "WIFI" light keeps blinking in the router.
I'm out of town and my friend (who has UK number) is staying in the flat at the moment. I've contacted you multiple times (added the note to contact my friend'sUK number )and asked for the technician's visit.
Unfortunately, Vodafone always called my number and no progress has been made. Can you proceed with any of the following:
1. Can you find a way to contact UK number?
2. Can we just schedule a time of technician's visit and I get the contact number of the technician?
If not, I'd like to temporarily pause my contract and get a partial reimbursement for my last month's internet cost.
