Good evening,
I am looking for some help since I have just switched my current contract to a new one and I'm moving next month so I've requested to take my contract to my new apartment, I have already asked for both changes on my account and I have received a confirmation. However, as I am new to this, I wondered if anyone could let me know the next steps. I appreciate knowing if I should expect a call or an email, or how this works.

If you have already notified us of the move, you should receive a confirmation by post. However, our customer support team will be happy to check whether the move has been entered correctly in the system.
