Hello.For my new Kabel connection, after modem is connected to port, there is no Internet. Need help to request service personnel to check for my address if the kable connection is supported for Vodafone or if it needs to fixed at the Junction box. Since I speak only little Deutsch, contacting Hotline is not easy. Please support.
