Hi,
I signed a cable connection contract with Vodafone on May 9, 2022. I paid 89.99 euro for the installation.
However, the installation couldn't happen because there is some work that needs to be done! The cable guys said that it will take some time. All I can do is wait!!!
I am working from home. My work is severely hampered. Is there any way to make it faster?
I don't know German language. So, cannot take help from the hotline.
I would appreciate any help or suggestion which can give me some hope!!

do you have a contract with Vodafone Kabel Deutschland? If yes, I would like to have a look at that. Please send me a PM with the following details:
- your name
- the full address
- the customer number
- birth date of the contract owner
