Hi Vodafone team,
I hope you guys are doing great and in good health.
I moved to a new apartment this month and I found out that this building does not have the cable internet connection, Vodafone agent who helped me with my internet contract told me that I need to apply for a special termination and after that I will be able to start a new DSL contract available in my building.
I am trying relocation option on vodafone portal but its redirecting back to main page.
Can you please guide me what should I do? customer support is not working for me as I don't speak German language.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

If the relocation portal doesn’t work use WhatsApp to report your move. VF will then check if your contract is available at the new location, if not VF will terminate the contract without you having to do anything. In WhatsApp from the bot you demand a “Kundenberater” repeatedly until he forwards you to a human. Answers then can take a while, it is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order. Support in English is available there, too.
