I have requested for a contract cancellation before the contract end date due to relocation. New address does not have Vodafone Kabel available. I have been asked to give the new address and date of relocation so that vodafone can make sure the connection is not available in the new address. I have sent the details to the provided email address. However, I am still getting emails asking the reason for cancellation and survey etc. How do i know if they have verified and accepted my cancellation ?

Most easyest way is to make a "Umzugsmelung".
If in the new Adress no Cable by Vodafone ist available your contract will be canceld by Vodafone.
