Hello!
I'm sorry to write in english, but I only recently moved to Germany and still have little known german knowledge.
I recently contracted a Cable tariff, the GigaZuhause 150 Kabel. After that, I received an e-mail with some steps that would happen in the next few days.
I approved the contract summary, but after that I never got an e-mail to confirm my e-mail address. I also didn't get the order confirmation.
Is there anything that I am missing, or should I wait a little longer? The process started on 29.05.2026.
