Hello,
I have a contract with Vodafone that ends in April. 2 weeks ago there were three representatives from Vodafone in our Building. I told them that my contract ends next month and he suggested that I can take the Angebot of 100 Kabel for 39€. I agreed and registered. However, last week on 18.03 I received by Post the “Auftragsbestätigung“ and it said I have the 1000 Kabel service ( which is 25€ more expensive and it doesn‘t make sense that I want a more expensive service.) I called on 19.03 this number: 022146619100 and explained the situation. The man assured me that he canceled this “Auftrag“ and that he will send a confirmation email. However, I still didn‘t receive any email and tried to call many times to clear things up, but no one answers. And today I saw that the amount for the new service is deducted.
Could someone offer a reasonable explanation for what happened? Whom can I contact to resolve this issue?
