My Cable internet device show red light since 2 days and my customer number is *** and my post code is 22337 Hamburg
I have been calling customer service but no response, I have been tired with bad service of yours else I have to remove the contract

sorry to hear that 😞 Well, we cant help here actually because we cant order customerdata. Could you please contact us on facebook or twitter? We got some modifications in the last weeks here.. 🙂
