Keine signal Giga tv cable error 5021

I have read all the topics related to this error but no solution for me.

we have put the cables in giga box, tv and antena socket as recommended in the instructions, but the tv says keine Tv Signal error 5021. 
The tv shows us the chanels but we cannot see anything. We can watch Netflix or other internet applications.

The appartment it is new and have all the tv and internet connections in the wall. So we don't know where to search the problem?!

any other ideas? We came recently to Germany, so not very familiar with these things.

any suggestion will be welcomed!

do you get a signal without the box, when you put the cable directly into the tv.

Ich erhalte die gleiche Fehlermeldung, wenn ich das Kabel über die Giga TV Box oder direkt an den Fernseher anschließe. Beigefügtes Bild.
Ich bekomme nur Live-Antenne.

Die Wohnung ist neu. Vodafone-Internet über Fritz-Box 6660 funktioniert.

Jeder Anhaltspunkt wäre hilfreich. Wir haben es seit ein paar Tagen und können es nicht benutzen.

A nice neighbour helped me and the problem was, that the service was not activated by the Client Service. He had a call and after that worked :).
