Hello,
I am trying here because ToBi can't help me and the Customer service robot is German speaking only.
So i have a 250Mbit/s DSL contract and the first few months were perfect. In the last couple of months i've noticed that now i only get around 35-40Mbit/s.
I've tried to restart my router (Fritz!Box 7530 AX) multiple times. I've even upluged the cable froim the wall but its not helping.
In the event log of the router i can see this message: "Impaired quality of the signal on the DSL line was detected due to incorrect cabling. Please make sure that your line does not include any branching or multi-distributors. The branch is 6 meters long. It is impairing the transmission rate by around 22923 kbit/s. "
Even with that it would not reach the guarateed speed of the contract. There aren't any maintenances or errors in the area related to DSL. i've already checked the "Störungsfinder" page. Who can i contact regarding this? Any help would be appriciated!

We cannot offer you any support here. The only way is via WhatsApp and TOBi. Our TOBi will ask you a few questions at the beginning and then find the right contact person for you and forward you on.

I've contacted via Whatsapp, i've managed to get to a human they have sent a technician. The technician said that the line is good and my FritzBox is faulty.
When he left the speed was good again. What a coincidence 🙂

it's nice to read that the technicians have already visited you. So does everything look good at the moment or does your FRITZ!Box need to be replaced?
