Hello, I write here as I am a non german speaker and when writing to the customer service they tell me to contact the "english speaking colleagues" here.
Since 1 month, I have been having issues with the internet. It's always some collision fault. I have called multiple times to customer service and they open the ticket and the very next day they close the ticket saying the error is resolved. But the problem persist.
Since 1 week, the internet goes off for more than an hour every 3 to 4 hours. It's been very difficult to work and it's really annoying.
The issue started when they laid new optical cable in the street.
Please help me resolve the issue and bless me with the peace of mind.
