Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.

Then why does the customer service asks to come here for English support when we call?

I tried  facebook, twitter and whatsapp, it always goes to that stupid chatbot and a human never answers. your support is horrible.
