Hello,
I have taken a new connection of Vodafone DSL Kabel 1000. I connected the modem on Sunday (02/07/2023). It worked on the first day. But, since then its not working. I tried multiple ways to get it rectified. Unfortunately, it is not working. It has been more than 2.5 days the internet is not working.
After I checked the Netwerk Assistanz, it showed up there is major fault in the internet in the locality, but there is no final end date for rectification. Kindly do let me know when can this be repaired or rectified. Else, I can look for alternative internet connection. I am not able to work since Monday. I have taken leave for straight 3 days since my internet is not working.
I'm currently located at 85049 Ingolstadt location.
