Sorry for writing in English, but I am pretty desperate. I tried calling the hotline but no one could help me in English.
My Internet has been down for some time. The red light is flashing on the router, and WAN is not working.
I tried turning off and on, and holding down the reset button. Nothing works.
Can someone please help?
