Hello to the Vodafone team,
We have recently upgraded our internet speed from 250 Mbit/s to a 1000 Mbit/s.
I've spent the day testing the speed of our connection to come to the conclusion that it does not match the contract speed we have signed for.
I would not mind a small discrepancy - even getting 800 Mbits/s would be acceptable, but as seen in the screenshot the best and average speed seems to run around 300/400 Mbits/s.
I would be extremely grateful if someone from you team could help me where resolve the issue.
