Apologies for writing in English.

I have recently booked a new internet service (cable) via Check24. The address I provided for receiving the router device is a DHL station. I would now like to update this address to receive the activation code. Could you please let me know the steps to do this, excluding calling the hotline (I tried but it didn’t work)?

Additionally, I would like to change the start date of my contract to the beginning of March 2025. How can I proceed with this change?

Hello Brian22,

You will receive the activation code together with your welcome letter. The folder with all the documents may be in the box containing the router. Therefore, the address cannot be changed here. The start date of your contract cannot be changed either. As soon as the router is connected, the contract is activated automatically. If the router is not connected after a certain period of time, the contract is automatically canceled by the system.

I double checked but cannot find the activation code in the box. It is mentioned in the document (Auftragsdaten) that the activation code will be sent in next days by post. So I still dont know how I can recieve this activation code? Can you/Vodafone send the code via email/SMS?  The service which I am ordering is GigaZuhause (Hamburg)?
