I don't have internet from yesterday. I am using Fritzbox 6660 AT with vodafone Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable plan. Today the info indicator flashed red. We then switched off and switched it on again. Now as usual only 2 indicators are green. but still there is no internet. Since we dont speak german we tried to contact customer service but they kept asking to call on the same number on which we were calling.
I have tried all possible steps online network assistant asked me to perform and called multiple customer service centers for this issue. Since I don't see any other issue (everything is normal as it should be except the internet), it has to be network issue but unfortunately I don't see any area wide network disruption as well.
Any idea how can I fix this or report it to proper channel?

I'm sorry that the connection does not work and you could not be helped elsewhere. Unfortunately, not all colleagues on the hotline speak another language so understandable to report a technical problem or forward.
We will be happy to take a look at your connection and the problem. Please send us the customer number, name incl. address and date of birth of the contract holder via private message.
Write here briefly when the data has been sent.
