Hello, thanks for helping. I am not good at German, for now, so I have trouble dialing the customer service by telephone. I have ordered a new Kabel from Vodafone, and the device should be delivered to me this morning, but I missed it because I had just moved into a new rented house, and I haven't changed the name tag at that time. So, DHL has returned the parcel. How could I get the parcel again?

Thank you very much for your feedback.
Did you get a confirmation that the package will be sent to you again? Normally you get a link with the tracking as soon as we have handed over the router to DHL.
