Dear Vodafone Team,
First of all, I would like to inform you that I got my router got replaced following a series of discussions on my previous two threads. Everything was working fine till last week after the replacement. I hadn't found any disconnections or troubles till last week. Now, starting from last week I am getting frequent disconnections.
The issue is, that the connection drops for a few seconds (Google meet/Zoom - shows poor internet connectivity, no other notifications shown). If I do an internet speed test at the same time, it shows ~1Mbps or below. Everything comes back to normal after a few seconds. This affects my home-office setup very badly.
Interestingly, I hadn't faced any issues for 3-4 weeks after replacing the new router. If it was because of Wifi Interference, I should have been facing the issue even after the replacement. But I hadn't. So I believe there is something wrong with the Vodafone Network.
So I request you to do a thorough checking of this issue and advise me on how to proceed.

Hello ajesh,
it is very unfortunate that there is problem again. Can you please note the exact day and times when this happens? Also, can you do a ping plotter measurement? PingPlotter is a software that graphically displays packet loss and ping problems at the various network nodes. Send me a picture of the result.

Hi Tina,
I don't understand what values you're interested in and what is missing in my screenshots. So I guess, it would be better to share the PingPlotter cloud with you.
Unfortunately, my pingPlotter could trial ended today. From today onwards, I will be charged USD60 per month. I don't want to spend extra money on this.
If you have a PingPlotter cloud account and share a key with me, I can send the readings directly to your pingPlotter cloud account.
Let me know if that works for you.
