Dear Vodafone Team,
First of all, I would like to inform you that I got my router got replaced following a series of discussions on my previous two threads. Everything was working fine till last week after the replacement. I hadn't found any disconnections or troubles till last week. Now, starting from last week I am getting frequent disconnections.
The issue is, that the connection drops for a few seconds (Google meet/Zoom - shows poor internet connectivity, no other notifications shown). If I do an internet speed test at the same time, it shows ~1Mbps or below. Everything comes back to normal after a few seconds. This affects my home-office setup very badly.
Interestingly, I hadn't faced any issues for 3-4 weeks after replacing the new router. If it was because of Wifi Interference, I should have been facing the issue even after the replacement. But I hadn't. So I believe there is something wrong with the Vodafone Network.
So I request you to do a thorough checking of this issue and advise me on how to proceed.
Thanks and regards,

Hello ajesh,
please take a screenshot of the complete ping plotter. Collages from different screenshots do not help here.

I guess you didn't notice these two screenshots. I request you to check these two screenshots and let me know if that's what you mean by a complete pingplotter screenshot.
If it is not, kindly share a sample screenshot/steps to obtain the screenshots. But, unfortunately, my ping plotter trial has already ended and I don't have access to these anymore. I will have to buy a paid version (Cost around 60USD per month) to continue using it.
So if the above screenshots do not fit into your formats/expectations, kindly share your expectations of a "complete screenshot" and let me know how to take it from Pingplotter cloud. Then I will buy a pingplotter subscription and share it with you.
Regards,
Ajesh

Hi,
you don't have to buy the full version. As long as you haven't changed any settings, you can see the trace graph on the right. It seems that you have shifted the columns.
According to one plot, most of the PL occurs between the router and your PC / laptop. Please test it once via LAN cable.
Regards
