Hello,
I recently got the 1000M/sec cable Max product in May and realised that my connection disconnects every now and then. Since I work from home, I experience disruptions during online calls and the network goes off for like 10 secs and then comes back again. This affects work and the service is currently really bad.
I have tried all possible troubleshooting steps but nothing changes. I have seen that so many people have had similar problems. What is recommended to solve this problem.

Are you connected via LAN or WLAN?
In which state do you live?

does the problem also occur via LAN? Does the LED status on the modem change when the disconnection occurs? Are all WLAN-enabled devices in the household disconnected at the same time?
Have you already tried to optimize the WLAN connection?
