internet drops every 5 minutes

I have an Internet connection from yesterday my internet drops every five mintues. I am using 250 MBPS GIGA kabel,

my Router model. CGA4233DE

Firmware Version : 3.0.41-IMS-KDG 

every five minutes Wifi symbol from laptop, handy, Ipad is gone and comes back again in seconds.

try a factory reset (press and hold reset button with a paperclip for 20 seconds)

if that doesn't help try disabling band steering in wifi settings
