Hi all,
I got my router a week ago with DIY instructions to run it (cable internet). Unforutnately, my landlord indicated that in order for me to have an internet a technician will have to configure it firstly (some work in the basement needs to be done, probably connected to panel that distributes the connection to the apartments). Since then my internet does not work (flashing red dot on router) and I am not able to get the appointment with a technician.
I called a support several times (unfortunately there is a language barrier), also my friend tried to help me (she speaks German) and every time we are just directed to different numbers and support lines. I'm starting to be pretty desperate and don't understand why something that easy is taking me days and hours to finalize.
Please help me! 😭
