Last night my FritzBox router updated and I lost internet. I did diagnostics and diagnostics said that something is wrong with Account information. I found an old letter from Vodafone which contains Account information, entered this data into the router again but nothing helped. I tried to contact tech support but unfortunately my German is not so good (I am still learning), tech support speaks only German. Can someone please help me with my problem? Internet is very important for me as I am a student and study online.
