Cable.
The ordered for a new router for my new apartment. I have install the router as per the instruction in the manual, unfortunately the internet is not working. I have contacted the local vodafone office but they rather ask me to call customer support.
Customer support is also only in Deutsch, no English. I am unable to communicate with them. This is very frustrating.

For support in English use WhatsApp and report „Selbstinstallation fehlgeschlagen“ (self-installation failed). A technician will be sent to fix the problem.
