Return path interference

Hello,

I am writing here as I don't speak German and the customer support doesn't speak English.
I am having issues with my connection since a few days. Today at 11 the wifi stopped working.
The network assistant says it's related to a "return path interference". Could someone please check my connection?
I live in Berlin 12047.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
