Hi All, I currently have Dein Störungsticket 001-0426075/24 running online as "There is a return path interference on your connection". So I understand something may be happening outside my house, although the ticket was not solved yet (supposedly last Friday). However, I strongly believe the problem is actually the router, that seems to reset 2-3 times a day for the past 4 weeks. sometimes it will restart by itself and sometimes i have to disconnect it from the plug. I say it turns off as no lights are on in the front or back. the power light is very weak. Could you make an appointment with the tech to come inside of the house and check the router? regards, Rita
