Hello,
I am a new customer. I have just registered for Vodafone DSL service via check24. I received an email from Vodafone says that I have a document to check. However, I don't have an account at Vodafone yet. I registered an account with the email I received the message. However, when I check the account's document, there is no document.
Can you help to check?

I'm slightly irritated - did you use some tool to translate the mail? All of our mailings are german only.
Did you get mentionend personally with a xyz khanh or with a general Dear / Sir Madam?
This may be a phishing attemept. Especially if you are linked into the "my cable / mein kabel" part of mein vodafone, after you've ordered a dsl contract.
Or was it possible internet via cable? Could you please tell us the excact name of the tariff?
