Hello, I have a TA open since 06.04.2023 (TA0000016615232) and nothing has happened. I've been calling several times a day for the past 2 weeks and no one seems to be able to tell me what's going on! The technician visited me on 11.04.2023 and said that this would work after half an hour, but it was already 9 days ago.
