Hi,
We moved into new apartment and signed a Kabel Internet contract with the local shop. Vodafone also asked for a permission letter from the landlord to install the cable, which we provided. However, we have been waiting for the call from technician for weeks and its severely affecting our life in terms of work and connection with our family. The shop owner has helped us call the customer service to ask regarding the progress to which the response was "there is too much backlog and our application is still not processed".
We don't speak German and not sure how to proceed further or where to seek assistance. Is there any possible way to process the application, Any help is very much appreciated?
