I applied to port my phone number from Vodafone to another provider. I am a prepaid callYa customer. My new provider told me that I need to share with Vodafone my number porting declaration. I tried to connect with Vodafone but could not able to make it. Can someone help me on this matter. Thank you.

yes, i did that. During this process, it was asking profile password, which I do not have. any other option?

You mean the customer password?
You can set a new one with InfoDok 265. Then you send this filled form via contact form.
When you would asked there to a customer password then set a fictive one and the form will be sent.
