Extra Callya Tariff unaccounted for

Hi, I have a problem regarding my Callya Tariff payments - one of my payments for the Callya tariff was unaccounted for. I first paid for the tariff on 15 October, and I paid again on 31 October because the Vodafone staff told me that I should pay for it earlier. However, just a week later, my account balance showed 0.01 EUR. I reset my mobile data statistics every cycle and for this particular cycle I did not even reach half of the usable data. I ended up topping up another 15 euros on 15 November.

 

During one of my calls to the helpdesk, the support staff told me that there was an error with one of my payments, but he is unable to process any refund. He directed me to two different numbers and I have tried multiple times but the numbers do not seem to work. 

 

I also tried using the contact form, but it keeps showing an error "Please check your input" for the question "Which product does your question refer to?"

 

Could I please get some assistance on this matter?
