CallYa Allnet Flat S Not Renewed After Top-Up

I topped up my CallYa account today with 10 euros, but the service was not activated.
Despite the top-up, my balance is being deducted for internet usage, and my tariff/plan (CallYa Allnet Flat S) has not been renewed.

Please check my account and fix this issue as soon as possible.
