My CallYa annual tariff expires on November 15, 2025. Can I release my number early so I can transfer to another provider? I don't want to miss that promotion, which is only valid for one month (June 3 - June 26). If I release my number in October, I will miss the promotion. Please help me, thank you.

Thank you very much. Text messages are no longer working for me. I had no choice but to make a phone call to 01722290229. Then, the staff helped me release my number, and I can transfer it to a new carrier within 30 days.

Hi @charles_lu,
Of course you can port your mobile number to another provider.
Write a text message (SMS) with Opt-in and send this SMS to 01722000229.
After confirmation via SMS by VF you can start to order your new contract by your new provider.
When your order a new contract (long-term or prepaid) by your new provider you have to choose that you want to port your mobile phone number immediately (not at the end of the contract!).

After confirmation SMS by VF you can start to order your new contract by your new provider.
But note that you have to choose during ordering your new contract by your new provider "port my number immediately" and not at the"end of contract".
