Issue After Tariff Change on Vodafone CallYa Freenet Card

Hello,
I accidentally switched my tariff from CallYa Net M to CallYa Net L on my Vodafone freenet card. Since the change, I’ve been unable to use my phone or internet properly. I recharged with €15, but the balance was completely exhausted within 20 minutes, even though I wasn't using much data.
Has anyone else faced this issue after a tariff change? What should I do to fix this problem and ensure I'm getting the correct plan benefits?
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
