Hello,
I moved to Germany a couple of weeks ago and needed to buy a SIM card quickly. The nearest store with Vodafone products was a Freenet store, so I went there. The lady at the store gave me a SIM card and told me it was already registered. She mentioned that I could activate the tariff whenever I needed, and it would work.
A few days later, I tried to activate my tariff, and it seemed to be working at first. However, when I checked my balance by dialing *100#, I noticed a couple of euros were missing, and it seemed like the tariff wasn’t activated, even though it showed as active when I checked.
Additionally, I got a notification on my phone saying I don't have any internet connection, even though everything seemed fine and I thought it was all set up correctly.
I looked for solutions online and found out that I might still need to register my SIM card, even though the store lady said it was already registered. I tried to do it myself through the Vodafone website, but when I entered my SIM card serial number, I got an error message saying that the serial number is not valid.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or could guide me on how to proceed? I would appreciate any help in getting my SIM card properly activated.
Thank you in advance!

Freenet and Vodafone are two different companies
