Hello,
Im really helping I can find some help here.
We just moved to Germany and have been fighting to get internet for over a month now in our new apartment.
We had an appointment for a technician to come in on Wednesday 5 October and he activated it remotely. This did not switch anything on. The Wlan and Power lights come on but internet does not. When we try to activate it online it says it cannot connect to the easy box and we must insert the DSL cable. The cable is definitely in.
I can see downstairs in my apartment building that there are a bunch of loose cables and wires all over and our unit number is not connected there.
We have tried calling customer service every day for over a week now and been into a vodafone store as well but they barely speak english and those that do keep telling us we are just not activating properly even though we have done everything they told us. We really need a technician to come in urgently as we work from home and our livelihood depends on being connected.
I really hope I can get help here since nowhere else is working.
