Dear Vodafone team,
According to my tariff description, my contract includes: 25GB with Vodafone 4G | LTE Max and 5G network However, in actual use I am informed that I only have 4 GB of data volume available (display: "0 MB remaining of 4 GB"). This discrepancy between the advertised tariff performance (25GB) and the actually allocated data volume (4GB)
is incomprehensible to me and, in my view, represents a misleading tariff presentation. I therefore request a written clarification as to why I have only been allocated 4GB,
although my tariff is explicitly advertised as having 25GB, and demand a corresponding correction to my data volume or an adjustment of the contract in accordance with the tariff description. Please also let me know if this is a system error or an incorrect tariff assignment.
