Hi,
I am trying to change my CallYa plan (from Allnet Flat S to Start), everywhere keeps asking for a customer password that I do not have! (I understood that it is something different from the Password registration on MyVodafone website (I cannot even install the app because my store is not German located), and it is only for subscribed contracts).
What can I do? 😞

Where you asked for this password? Changing the tariff is easy normally. Besides the app you can also use the tariff manager 22044 (free of charge within Germany) or Kontoserver 22922
When you ordered your CallYa SIM card online at VF website your should find the customer password under the plastic card where the triple SIM card was placed.
Otherwise you can set a new customer password with the InfoDok 265. You fill out the form and could send the InfoDok via contact form (use the Google chrome browser). Write a fictive password in form row "Kunden- oder Teilnehmerkennwort" and you the form will send your request to VF.
Normally it takes 2-3 days. Your get a SMS when the change is done.

Thank you for your reply.
I didn't buy the SIM online, I bought it in a Vodafone shop this morning.
with the number printed on the triple mask, you mean the PUK? It did not work either. The other number on it it is the SIM serial number.
Anyway..because I can't download the app (I am from the UK, my Google store app does not have the German version) I am using the browser versione of MyVodafone, it is there that I was trying to change the plan, and it keeps asking for the customer/participant password.
I guess the tariff manager it is only German speaking.. I will try the form..or simply going again at the shop..

The tariff manager allows you to change language..and I managed to change the tariff :)) thank you very much for the help!

Hi @Rita9,
Then go back to the shop and ask the shop agent for the customer password. The staff set the customer password to register and activate your SIM card. He/she should tell you this password normally.
