Cannot change my address - CallYa

I am trying to update my address for my CallYa but the online form does not work. It says to correct the fields in red, but nothing is in red. Could you please help with this?

Are there special characters in you name or address?

From where (app or website) you're trying to update your address?

No special characters, I tried both on my phone and computer via the website (Mozilla Firefox)
