Hello,
I ordered a CallYa SIM card. When ordering the SIM card, I provided my current address and the address on my ID card. The two addresses are different.
I did not receive the SIM card at my current address.
I'm trying to find out the current status of my order. I tried calling customer service, but they couldn't help me.
My question is: How can I track the delivery of the SIM card? I don't have a customer number yet.
Please help me.
