hello, I have an issue with the bill generated for the gigacube. FYI.. I had bought a wifi connection to my new address, unfortunately the technician was not available for almost a month. Since, I am doing home office, I reached out to the customer care for an alternate solution and I was offered the Gigacube option. I was told that I do not need to pay anything. And I contacted the local vodafone store to return the gigacube, they asked me to get it sorted with the customer care. I raised a compliant with the customer care but nothing helped. And I went to another vodafone store, they gave me an address to return the gigacube. I sent the gigacube but I received a payment receipt of 132 euros over an email. Also, today I received a new gigacube device ( which I did not place an order). I have been calling the customer care from the morning.. But the call is just getting jumped from one department to another.

I was directed by the customer representative to this community section, she mentioned that I can write my question here and get the help as we had a language barrier.

In this community there isn't any support by Vodafone employees.
