I ordered online the CallYa SimCard and by innocence I registered my bank account at the time. I never received the simcard at home and Vodafone is charging me every day for something I've never receieved.
When I try to call is all spoken in German (sorry I am new in town and do not speak German). Therefore, I cannot cancel it.
Than, since I do not have the sim, I do not have the phone number associated.
How can I solve this problem?

I recommend to get in touch with VF via social media channels. There the staffs are able to write in English too. 🙂
