Have not received my vodafone sim card

Hello, 

I have not received my vodafone sim card in the mail. I received my new mobile number and have my vodafone account set up. My contract is for CallYa. My mobile number given to me is ***. 

Please can you see if this has been posted, if not can this please be done, or reposted if missing?
