Hello,
I have already tried various ways to get information about my missing SIM card.
I am a new customer and have taken my phone number with me. I received an email on December 9th to activate the SIM card. Before that I received a message that the SIM card would be sent 4 days before the activation date, but unfortunately it never arrived.
What happens now?
I would be very happy to receive a quick response.
